Mission
The National Deaf People of Color Conference creates a national space for Deaf, DeafBlind, hard of hearing, and signing people of color to celebrate their diverse cultures and identities, share experiences, develop leadership, build community, and address the issues affecting their lives.
Vision
A future where Deaf, DeafBlind, hard of hearing, and signing people of color are connected, empowered, and leading, carrying forward the vision of those who came before them.
